1. Introduction

DeployClaw ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture.
Usage Data: We track usage and message counts to provide billing and analytics.
Telegram Bot Token: When you connect a Telegram bot, we store the bot token to operate your AI assistant.
Connected Services: If you connect Gmail or Calendar, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) to access those services on your behalf.

3. Zero Access Architecture

We cannot see your data. Period.

DeployClaw is designed so that we have zero access to your private information. Your conversations, emails, and calendar data are never visible to us.

Conversations: We do NOT store, log, or have ANY access to your conversations with your AI assistant. Your chat history exists only in your Telegram app. We literally cannot read your messages—they never pass through our servers in readable form.
Passwords: We use Google OAuth for authentication. We never see, receive, or store your password.
Email & Calendar Content: When you connect Gmail or Calendar, your AI processes data in real-time on your behalf. We do NOT store, read, or have access to your email content, calendar events, or any data from connected services.
Encrypted Tokens: OAuth tokens and bot tokens are encrypted using PGP symmetric encryption before storage. Even we cannot decrypt them without the encryption key—and that key is never logged or accessible to our team.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the DeployClaw service
To process payments and manage your account balance
To send important service updates (outages, security issues)
To respond to your support requests
To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

5. Data Security & Encryption

Security is not an afterthought—it's built into every layer of DeployClaw:

Encryption in Transit: All data is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Every connection to our servers is secured.
Encryption at Rest: All sensitive tokens (OAuth credentials, bot tokens) are encrypted using PGP symmetric encryption (pgcrypto) before being stored in our database. The raw tokens are never stored.
Isolated Environments: Each user has their own dedicated OpenClaw instance. Your AI assistant is completely separate from other users.
No Logging of Sensitive Data: We do not log conversations, email content, or any data processed by your AI assistant.
Secure Infrastructure: We use enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google: For authentication (OAuth)
Stripe: For payment processing
Telegram: For bot operation
AI Model Providers: For processing your AI requests (Anthropic, Google, etc.)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

7. Data Retention & Complete Deletion

We retain your account data only for as long as your account is active.

When you delete your account, it's gone. Completely.

Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible. We perform a cascading deletion that removes every trace of your data from our systems.

Upon account deletion, we immediately and permanently delete:

Your account record (email, name, profile)
All encrypted tokens (OAuth credentials, Telegram bot tokens)
All connected integrations (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Account balance and transaction history
Usage logs and analytics
Your OpenClaw instance (shut down and removed from our servers)

There is no "soft delete" or recovery period. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered by anyone—including us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Delete your account and all associated data
Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
Request a copy of your data

9. Children's Privacy

DeployClaw is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
