Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeployClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeployClaw provides a platform to deploy and manage OpenClaw AI assistants on Telegram. The Service includes:

• Deployment and hosting of your personal OpenClaw instance
• Connection to Telegram via your bot token
• Optional integrations with Gmail, Calendar, and other services
• Pay-as-you-go usage billing

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your Telegram bot token confidential

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Circumvent any usage limits or billing mechanisms
• Use the AI for any purpose that violates the AI provider's terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Balance and Payments

• Balance Deposits: You add balance to your account in advance, which is deducted as you use the Service.
• No Expiration: Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Non-Refundable: All balance deposits are final and non-refundable.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Account Deletion: If you delete your account, any remaining balance is forfeited.

6. Your Privacy & Our Zero-Access Policy

• No Conversation Access: Your chats with your AI assistant are never stored on or transmitted through our servers in readable form.
• Encrypted Credentials: All OAuth tokens and bot tokens are encrypted using PGP symmetric encryption before storage.
• Your Data, Your Control: You can disconnect integrations or delete your account at any time, and all data is permanently removed.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Telegram, Google, and AI model providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DeployClaw and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLOYCLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployClaw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Termination & Complete Data Deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

Upon account deletion:

• Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
• Your OpenClaw instance is shut down and removed from our servers
• Your account record (email, name, profile) is permanently deleted
• All encrypted tokens (OAuth, bot tokens) are permanently deleted
• All connected integrations are permanently deleted
• Account balance and transaction history are permanently deleted
• Any remaining balance is forfeited (non-recoverable)

We perform a cascading deletion across all tables. No trace of your data remains in our systems after deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
